Helping others embrace their inner chaos, find focus, and use movement as a tool for clarity and mental wellbeing.

Reframing discussions around ADHD and mental health in high-performing environments

I’m a founder of multiple companies, an ultramarathon runner, and a dad navigating life with late diagnosed ADHD.

I started running as a coping mechanism and it has become a platform for advocacy around focus, pushing our personal limits and channeling the positives into meaningful outcomes.

My aim is to get conversations going and bring awareness to the challenges of neurodiversity so others can learn how to support and how to be supported.

Beyond Limits: Into the ADHD Mind
My latest project was a documentary sharing my personal journey as I prepared for the Marathon Des Sables and all the challenges that go with it.
We're grateful to have won 2 awards and involvement from ADHD UK to help raise awareness.
